Because we Believe in the Quality and Value of our Soy Candles, Exclusive Candle Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.  That is why we offer a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price.
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policies

We understand how important your order is to you and will make  every effort to see that it is shipped in a timely manner. 

To ensure quality, all of our handcrafted Soy Candles are made in small batches.   This allows for better controll of fragrance and color.  Because of this, it could take up to two weeks to recieve your order depending on seasonal load.

METHOD:  All our shipping is done by Federal Express.  Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.

SIGNATURE:  A signature is required at delivery for each shipment.  This is done to ensure that you receive your shipment and that the contents are not subjected to adverse weather conditions (i.e., candles can melt when subjected to excessive heat).

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you may contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. After you receive a claim number from the carrier, you may contact us via e-mail or phone and we will reship your order promptly.
